Yacht Rock Revue is an American cover band formed in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2007, specializing in the smooth soft rock and yacht rock genre of the 1970s and 1980s. The band emerged from an ironic cover performance that evolved into a weekly residency, ultimately becoming a full-time touring act signed with Live Nation. They perform over 100 shows annually, selling out theaters nationwide. Known for their faithful renditions of classic hits from artists like Christopher Cross, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, and Steely Dan, they also host an annual Yacht Rock Revival event featuring original artists joining them on stage.
The upcoming performance at the Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem on March 6, 2027, is part of their "Yacht Rock Revue – National Headlining Tour." This high-energy tribute concert celebrates the smooth sounds of the 1970s and 1980s, featuring a setlist that includes iconic tracks such as "What a Fool Believes," "Sailing," and "Footloose." The band is known for creating a vibrant live performance atmosphere that encourages audience participation through sing-alongs.
Notable past performances include opening for Kenny Loggins' "This Is It" Tour in 2023 and sharing the stage with REO Speedwagon and Train in 2024. Their engaging stage presence and period-appropriate attire enhance the nostalgic experience for fans.
The Wind Creek Event Center, located at 77 Wind Creek Blvd, Bethlehem, PA 18015, is one of the world's top-grossing entertainment venues, boasting a capacity of 3,800. It has been ranked as the No. 2 busiest club venue globally by Pollstar. The venue offers a flexible seating arrangement with options for both seated shows and general admission events.
The best sections for viewing performances are the lower and center floor areas, which provide an intimate experience close to the stage. Elevated sections offer better sightlines for a broader view of the performance.
